中西医结合治疗中晚期胃癌临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合的方法治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法:选取来我院诊治的中晚期胃癌患者,27例和28例分别作为观察组和对照组,进行中西医结合治疗和西医化疗的方法,并观察患者的症状改善情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者症状改善情况的有效率分别为85.2%,57.1%。差异具有统计学意义。结论:中晚期胃癌患者采用中西医结合治疗可以改善患者的生活质量。控制肿瘤发展,延长生存期。Objective： Analyzing the clinical effects of treating mid-advanced gastric cancer in the integrative medicine. Methods： Selecting gastric cancer diagnosis treated in our hospital and divided into observation group （n=27） and control group （n=28）, the observation group treated in the integrative medicine and the control group treated with western chemotherapy, observed the symptoms improvement situation of patients. Results： The effective rate of observation group was 85.2%, while the control group was 57.1%, statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Treating mid-advanced gastric cancer in the integrative medicine can improve the life qualities of patients, control tumor development, extend survival.
