摘　　要：溶瘤腺病毒是通过基因工程改变部分生物学特性的腺病毒。因其可以复制、增殖,最后裂解膀胱癌细胞而成为治疗膀胱肿瘤新的研究方向。为了使其具有更好的特异性、靶向性和安全性,人们进行了从改变单个基因到改变多个基因又到插入特异性启动子构建不同的溶瘤腺病毒治疗膀胱癌的研究,虽然还有很多问题有待解决,但已经取得了一定的成果。Oncolytic adenovirus is an adenovirus whose partial biological characteristics is changed through the genetic engineering.It offers a new method of treating bladder cancer,because it can replicates and proliferates in the bladder cancer cell and fragments the cell at the end.In order to make it has better specificity,targeting and safety,people construct many kinds of oncolytic adenovirus by changing single gene or multiple gene or inserting specific promoters to take researches of treating bladder cancer.Although it remains lots of problems,but a certain achievements have been accomplished.
