中国创业板市场支持高新技术企业发展的现状、问题及建议

摘　　要：创业板为中国创业风险投资行业发展、中小企业融资、科技成果的转化和产业化以及战略性新兴产业的培育提供了巨大的发展空间和机遇。但是,在创业板上市公司估值、创业板上市标准、国有股转持和超募资金用途等方面还存在一些争论与问题。本文基于对中国创业板市场运行一周年的数据分析基础上,对市场关注的热点问题进行了实证分析,并提出了推动创业板市场健康发展,支持高新技术企业自主创新的相关建议。ChiNext provides a huge development space and opportunities for Chinese venture capital industry development,SME financing,scientific and technological achievements transformation and industrialization,and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries.However,there are some controversy and problems on the valuation of listed companies,the listing standards,the transferring from State-owned shares to the Social Security Fund,the usage of ultra-raised funds etc.Based on the data analysis about the first anniversary operation of ChiNext,this paper makes an empirical research on the hot issues about ChiNext,and proposes some related recommendations on promoting the healthy development of ChiNext to support the HighNew-Tech enterprise innovation.
