摘  要:三维激光扫描技术是一项实景复制技术。利用专业仪器对海上平台、陆地终端、大型船舶等各种工程对象进行激光扫描复制,现场操作不影响平台正常作业。所得数据以“点云”的形态呈现并保留,进而通过点云将工程模型恢复。在油田化工领域,针对于老旧工程改造项目,三维激光扫描技术具有无可替代的应用价值。有别于现场勘测获取工程信息的传统模式,它能够快速精确、完整海量地获得工程数据,弥补老旧设施因年代久远或多次改动而导致的工程资料缺失或版次与实际不符合的缺陷,也能为改造项目提供准确可靠的前期工程数据支持。在工程结构方面,三维激光扫描技术能用于大型海洋工程装备变形检测服务,以及工程测量服务,主要应用在复杂场景的施工与设计之间的差异比对或校验。Three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning is an on-location and real duplication technology to obtain the real image of engineering facility, such as offshore oil platforms, land terminals and ships, etc., with professional laser scanning devices. The scanned image data will be displayed and stored as point cloud which can furthermore be processed to acquire or restore 3D model of engineering facility. 3D laser scanning technology has significant value of application in the field of petrochemical industries, especially in the renovation of some elderly projects. Compared with the acquiring engineering information by traditional engineering survey, 3D laser scanning can quickly obtain engineering data in high precision, full integrity and large quantities to serve as a remedy for lack or inconsistency of engineering data of some elderly facilities due to age or multiple alterations, and can provide reliable engineering data for the renovation in advance. 3D laser conduct engineering survey and structure scanning technology can also be used to detect structural deformation, to to find discrepancies between the design and engineering of a complex structure.
