摘　　要：在雄性生殖系统中,雄激素对于雄性生殖器官发育和精子发生具有重要的作用。在雌性生殖系统中,雄激素除了作为合成雌激素的前体外,近年来研究发现,雄激素对卵泡的发育也起着十分重要的作用。本篇文章对近些年有关雄激素在卵泡发育过程中的研究成果进行归纳综述,以期对雄激素在哺乳动物卵巢中的作用有更全面和深入的了解。In male reproduction, androgens play important roles in the development of male reproductive organs and spermatogenesis. In contrast, other than the obligatory role of testosterone as an estradiol precursor in steroidogenesis, little is known about androgens and androgen receptor （AR） actions in the female reproduction. The review introduces recent researches about androgen and follicular development to hope readers understand the roles of androgen in mammalian ovaries comprehensively and thoroughly.
