摘 要:目的建立儿茶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Hypersil ODS2(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.05%(体积分数)H3PO4溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)"软件对其进行了相似度计算,并利用SPSS统计分析软件进行了聚类分析。结果方法学考察结果良好,确立了12个共有峰,10批儿茶样品指纹图谱的相似度均大于95%。结论该方法稳定性、重复性好,建立的指纹图谱可为儿茶的质量评价提供依据。Objective To develop the fingerprints of Acacia catechu based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The HPLC separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS2(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column by gradient eluting with methyl cyanide and 0.05% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.Similarity of fingerprint were calculated by sofware of "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM 2004A",and Samples were clustered by SPSS sofware.Results Twelve common peaks were identified and the similarity of 10 batches of Acacia catechu was more than 95%.Conclusion The fingerprints established could be used for the quality control of Acacia catechu due to its high stability and good reproducibility.
