高血压病患者心身状况影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究高血压病患者心身状况的影响因素。方法采用《高血压病心身问卷》对403名高血压病患者进行问卷调查。结果问卷总均分为2.04±0.58,心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能和生活习惯4个维度的均分分别为1.98±0.64、1.68±0.69、2.27±0.75和2.33±0.71;农村患者得分高于城镇患者(t=2.00,P<0.05);60岁以上的患者得分低于60岁以下的患者(t=439.44,P<0.01);脑力劳动者得分高于体力劳动者(t=3.05,P<0.01);有家族史的患者得分高于无家族史的患者(t=2.81,P<0.01);各级高血压病患者总分和各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(F=17.01,P<0.01),3级高血压病患者得分最高。结论高血压病患者心身状况受城乡、年龄、职业、家族史和高血压病级数等因素影响。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of psychological and physical status in hypertensive patients.Methods 403 patients with hypertension were investigated by hypertensive psychological and physical questionnaire.Results The total average score of questionnaire was 2.04 ± 0.58.The average score of mental function,social function,physical function and habits was 1.98 ± 0.64,1.68 ± 0.69,2.27 ± 0.75 and 2.33 ± 0.71,separately.The scores of rural patients were significantly higher than those of urban patients（t=2.00,P0.05）.The scores of the patients over 60 were significantly lower than these patients under 60（t=439.44,P0.01）.The scores of the patients with brain work were significantly higher than those of the patients with manual work（t=3.05,P0.01）.The scores of the patients with family history of hypertension were significantly higher than those of the patients without family history of hypertension（t=2.81,P0.01）.There were significant differences in the total and 4 dimension scores among the patients with different ranks of blood pressure（F=17.01,P0.01）.The scores of the patients with third grade blood pressure were the highest.Conclusion Psychological and physical status in hypertensive patients is influenced by locality（urban or rural）,age,occupation,family history of hypertension as well as the level of blood pressure.
