摘 要:为探索二元碱度、MgO和Al2O3含量对鲅鱼圈高炉炉渣性能的影响,进行了配渣试验研究及炉渣成分预测模型开发工作。结果表明,在采用高比例进口矿条件下,其合理的造渣制度为碱度小于1.17,渣中wMgO在9%左右,wAl2O3小于16%,wAl2O3/wSiO2小于0.45。通过炉渣成分预算可测算炉料结构发生改变,尤其是进口块矿比例和Al2O3含量波动大的矿种变化时预算炉渣成分。To discover the effect of binary basicity,MgO and Al2O3 contents on properties of BF slag in Bayuquan Subsidiary,an experimental study on slag formulating is carried out in lab scale and a model for predicting slag composition is developed.The result shows that,under the condition of a high proportion of overseas iron ore,the rational slag-making regime is basicity 1.17,wMgO in slag approx.9%,wAl2O316% and wAl2O3/wSiO20.45.It makes possible to measure and calculate the variable burden structure through slag composition estimation,especially predict the slag composition of imported lump ore which has the unstable proportion and iron ore having the fluctuant Al2O3 content with specimen changing.
