摘  要:固相萃取是在液-固萃取和柱液相色谱技术相结合的基础上发展起来的一种环境友好的绿色样品预处理技术。其优点是:预富集倍数大;不需使用或只使用很少量的有毒有害有机溶剂,减少了环境污染;没有液-液萃取中常出现的乳化现象,无相分离操作;能处理小体积样品,试剂消耗量小;操作简便;可使用连续流动或流动注射系统,易于实现自动化。本文介绍了近年来固相萃取分离富集技术在原子光谱分析中的应用概况,引用文献51篇。The solid phase extraction(SPE) is based on liquid-solid extraction and column liquid chromatography.It is a environment-friendly"green"technique for sample pretreatment.The solid phase extraction has some advantages over conventional liquid-liquid extraction.These advantages are:(1) high extraction efficiency and enrichment factor;(2) no use or only use small quantity of volatile,toxic and flammable organic solvents,thereby to reduce environmental pollution;(3) no emulsification and phase separation procedure;(4) can handle small volume sample and only consume small quantity of reagent and solvent.(5) procedure simple and fast;(6) can combine with continuous flow or flow injection system and to be easy to carry out automation.The solid phase extraction is very promising in area of separation and preconcentration of trace metal ions.In this paper,the recent developments on application of solid phase extraction in atomic absorption spectrometry were introduced and surveyed.51 references were cited.
