神经节苷酯联合糖皮质激素治疗面神经炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察神经节苷酯联合糖皮质激素治疗面神经炎的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照试验,选择发病7 d内的面神经炎患者59例,随机分为治疗组30例(神经节苷酯联合糖皮质激素加常规治疗)及对照组29例(常规治疗),治疗前和治疗后第7,14,28天对患者进行神经功能缺损评定,采用改良Portmann简易评分法,以治疗第14天分值的改变作为主要疗效判断标准。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损改善第14天和第28天时均优于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:神经节苷酯联合糖皮质激素能有效改善面神经炎的预后,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the effect of ganglioside combined with glucocorticoids on facial neuritis.Methods： A total of 59 facial neuritis cases with onset time as 7 d,were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（29 cases）.Patients in treatment group were treated by ganglioside combined with glucocorticoids and conventional therapy;while patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy alone.Neurologic impairment status was assessed by modified Portmann scale before treatment and on the 7th,14th and 28th day after treatment.The score on the 14th day was regarded as main standard.Results：Neurological impairment was significantly improved on the 14th and 18th day after treatment（P0.05）.Total efficacy was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Ganglioside combined with glucocorticoids can improve the prognosis of patients with facial neuritis（acute idiopathic facial paralysis）,and it is free of adverse effect.
