两种不同脑室引流管在脑室出血应用中的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用不同脑室引流管对脑室出血引流术治疗效果的影响,以达到降低颅内感染,提高手术疗效的目的。方法:148例脑室出血采用韩式脑室引流管行脑室外引流术患者作为观察组,120例脑室出血以10号导尿管行脑室外引流术(导尿管组)患者作为对照组,比较两组颅内感染率。结果:治疗组颅内感染6例(4.05%),对照组颅内感染13例(10.83%),两组感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用韩式脑室外引流管,可明显降低颅内感染率,且引流时间可延长至14d,而颅内感染未见增加,疗效可靠。Objective： To invetigate how to cut down the rate of intracranial infeion and raise the curative effect of operation by use different kinds of ventricular drainage tubes in the drainage of cerebroventricular haemorrhage（CVH）.Methods： To treat the cerebroventricular haemorrhage with catheter and Korea ventricular drainage tubes.Results： Of 148 patients in Korea ventricular drainage tubes group,there were 6 intracranial infeion and the infection rate was 4.05%.Of 120 patients in catheter group,there were 13 intracranial infeion and the infection rate was 10.83%.（P0.05）.Conclusions： The rate of intracranial infeion can be significantly cut down by use the new-type ventricular drainage tube,meanwhile,the time of drainage can be lengthened to 14 days.
