摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年性白内障患者的临床特征及诊断。方法:回顾性分析2007年2月～2011年3月西安市第四医院收治的40例中青年性白内障患者临床资料,分析其年龄分布、病程、发病特征,所有患者行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗。结果:40例白内障患者年龄30～45岁,平均37.1岁;病程3～6个月,平均4.6个月,晶状体为典型的棉花团样;术中未行超声能量碎核,负压100～150mmHg,流量20～30cc/min;术后视力及屈光力有明显改善。结论:无明确病因的中青年性白内障患者临床诊断较为困难,应提高对此病的正确认识,有助于指导临床诊断和治疗。Objective： To access the clinical features and diagnosis of youth and middle age cataract patients. Methods： A retrospective study of 40 patients with cataract admitted to Xi′an Forth Hospital from February 2007 to March 2009.Clinical records including patient age,course of disease and lens feature.Results：The age of 40 patients was from 30 to 45 and mean age was 32.5.The course of disease of 40 patients was from 3 to 6 months and mean was 4.7.The lens of such patient like cotton which different from other cataract clinical feature.Conclusions：Such of the youth and middle age cataract can be diagnosed with difficult for not definitive etiological factor.Raise awareness of them will contribute to the correct diagnosis.
