复尔康注射液体外抗肿瘤实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复尔康注射液对不同肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。方法:以阿霉素为阳性对照,采用MTT法检测复尔康注射液对4种不同肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。结果:复尔康注射液对人白血病HL-60、人红白血病K562、小鼠黑色素瘤B-16及人肝癌BEL-7402细胞的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为42.80μg/ml、146.65μg/ml、463.37μg/ml和945.37μg/ml,在浓度为520μg/ml时,对4种细胞株的抑制率分别为89.12%、80.68%、63.40%和34.92%。结论:复尔康注射液在体外对4种肿瘤细胞株均具有明显的抑制作用,具有开发成抗癌新药的潜力。Objective：To study the inhibition effects of Fu’erkang Injection on different tumor cell strains.Methods：Adriamycin was used as positive control drug,and effects of Fu’erkang Injection were investigated on four kinds of tumor cell strains by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium（MTT）assay.Results：The hemi-inhibitory concentration（IC50） of human leukemia cell strains HL-60,human leukemia cell strains K562,murine melanoma cell strains B-16 and human hepatoma cell strains BEL-7402 was 42.80μg/ml,146.65μg/ml,463.37μg/ml and 945.37μg/ml respectively,and the inhibition rates of tumor cell strains were 89.12%,80.68%,63.40% and 34.92% respectively when the concentration of Fu’erkang Injection was at 520μg/ml.Conclusion：Fu’erkang Injection has significantly inhibitory effect on four kinds of tumor cell strains,and has the potentiality to develop into a new drug.
