摘　　要：目的探讨不同胃疾病组织β-catenin的表达及其在胃癌发生、分化中作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对300例不同胃疾病粘膜标本进行β-catenin的原位检测。结果 SG、AG、GC组织,β-catenin蛋白总表达率为SG>GC>AG;β-catenin蛋白细胞核表达率为SG、AG<GC(P<0.05)。GC组织β-catenin表达为肠型胃癌高于弥漫型胃癌(P<0.05)。结论β-catenin的细胞膜缺失及细胞核的转位参与胃癌的发生,而且β-catenin主要参与向肠型胃癌分化。Objecive To investigate the expression of β-catenin in various diseases and the function of gastric carcinogenesis and differentiation.Methods A total of 300 patients the expression of β-catenin proteins in the gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression rates of β-catenin in the nucleus were significantly lower in CG and GA than in GC（P0.05）.In GC cases,the expression rates of β-catenin were significantly higher in intestinal type than in diffuse type（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of β-catenin is progressively decreased following the process of GC tumorigenesis,with β-catenin expression being translocated from the cytoplasm to the nucleus.the expression of β-catenin in the cytoplasm and nucleus in patients with gastric cancer,especially the intestinal type.
