摘　　要：本文首先介绍了我国高新技术企业知识产权融资现状,进而指出了目前我国知识产权融资体系需要的法律制度仍不够完善、知识产权评估评价体系仍不够健全、知识产权交易平台仍不够完善、知识产权金融体制创新仍不够力度等存在的问题,并对上述问题进行了成因分析。This paper first introduces the intellectual property rights of China＇s high-tech enterprises financing status and further points out that recently,our country＇s legal system for intellectual property rights financing system is still not perfect,the intellectual property evaluation system is still not perfect,the intellectual property transaction platform is still not perfect,intellectual property financial innovations is still not strength enough.Finally,this paper gives the cause analysis about the above problems.
