摘　　要：本文在介绍突变理论的基本思想和步骤的基础上,依据突变级数法建立了城市房地产业竞争力评价指标体系,以2008年中国35个大中城市为样本进行了实证分析,进一步探讨了中国城市房地产业竞争力的分布特点,并提出有关政策建议。The paper firstly introduces the basic thought and steps of Catastrophe theory,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of real estate industry competitive power according to CPM.In addition,an empirical analysis with the sample on 35 Large and Middle Cities in China of the year 2008 is made,the distribution characteristic of real estate industry competitive power in China＇s major cities is probed,and then interrelated political proposals are put forward.
