摘　　要：通过分析省校合作模式,对科技创新平台建设、高校科技成果转化及实现产业化、促进产学研结合、有效整合资源建立区域产业技术创新联盟、为地方培养各类人才等进行探索,为大学与地方的合作发展探索有效的模式提供参考。In this paper the discussion covers the cooperative model between universities and provincial government, the construction of a platform for scientific and technological innovation, the industrialization of the universities＇ scientific and technological research achievements, the promotion of the integration of production, teaching and research, the efficient integration of resources to build a new kind of regional alliance for industrial technological innovation, and the training of various talents, which may throws some light on the exploration of the cooperative models between universities and provincial governments.
