摘　　要：本文报告自1980年至1987年由我科确诊的经典型Kaposi肉瘤(KS)6例,共取四肢皮损活检标本7份,其组织学类型为混合型(血管瘤型和纤维母细胞型)3份、血管瘤型1份及早期病变3份。透明小体见于4/7份(占57.1％),其中混合型3/3份(100％),早期病变1/3份(33.3％),而血管瘤型1份未见透明小体。透明小体在HE染色片中呈伊红色,易被忽略,但在荧光显微镜下呈黄绿色,PAS染色呈红色,PTAH染色呈黑蓝色。该小体为圆形,大小不一,大者直径达10μm,小者仅2μm,常在纤维母细胞的胞浆内10～60个排列成群或集簇成堆。Six cases with Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) were diagnosed at our department from I980 to 1987. Seven biopsy specimens of six KS cases were from the extremities. The histologic patterns of the seven specimens could be classified into three types, Mixed (angiomatous and fibroblastic form) 3 specimens, angiomatous 1 and early lesion 3. Hyaline bodies were seen in 4 of the 7 skin specimens of KS (57.1%) and in the 3 specimens of the mixed pattern (100%). One was found in the 3 early tesions (33.3%) and none was seen in the one angiomatous. Hyaline bodies were red in HE stained sections, and appeared yellow green under a fluorescent microscope. They were red with the PAS stain, and black blue with the PTAH stain. The bodies were round, varied in size, often arranged in groups of 10-60 in plasma of fibroblastic cell. Their characters and origin are not clear yet.
