摘  要:目的:了解我院急诊科抗菌药物的使用情况,促进我院急诊抗菌药物的合理使用与管理。方法:随机选取我院2010年3月~2011年3月以来收集的9 500张急诊处方,并对使用的合理性进行分析。结果:9 500张处方中,抗菌药物处方数为4 180张,占总数的44.00%,主要使用科室为急诊内科、急诊外科、急诊儿科。抗菌药物使用频率分类排序依次为头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类、青霉素类。4 180张抗菌处方中,单一用抗菌药物处方3 094张,双联用抗菌药物处方1 045张,三联用抗菌药物处方41张。不合理使用处方335张,占总抗菌处方数的8.01%。结论:我院急诊科抗菌药物的使用基本符合抗菌原则,但仍存在不合理使用的情况,医院还应继续规范急诊科抗菌药物合理使用的管理,促使抗菌药物有效、安全和经济地使用。Objective: To observe the utilization of antibacterial agents in the emergency department of our hospital and to promote the reasonable application and management of antibacterial agents in emergency patients. Methods: 9 500 pieces of emergency prescriptions from March 2010 to March 2011 were randomly selected, and the rationality of utilization was analyzed. Results: Among 9 500 pieces of prescriptions, there were 4 180 pieces for antibacterial agents, occupying 44.0% of the total, which were mainly adopted by the departments of emergency internal medicine, emergency surgery and emergency pediatrics. According to the frequency of utilization of antibacterial agents, cephalosporins, quinolones, macrolides and penicillins ranked the top four. Among 4 180 pieces of antibacterial prescriptions, there were 3 094 pieces with the single antibacterial agent, 1 045 pieces with double antibacterial agents and 41 pieces with triple antibacterial agents. There were 335 pieces with the irrational utilization of antibacterial agents, occupying 8.01% of the total. Conclusion: The utilization of antibacterial agents in the emergency department of our hospital generally meet the principle of antibacterial treatment. But the irrational use still exists. The hospital should standardize the management of rational use of antibacterial agents in the emergency department and promote the effective, safe and economical utilization of antibacterial agents.
