腹腔、静脉联合化疗对卵巢上皮癌伴大量腹水治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔、静脉联合化疗对卵巢上皮癌伴大量腹水患者治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007～2010年在院的卵巢上皮癌伴大量腹水患者13例,行腹腔、静脉联合化疗,观察患者症状缓解情况、腹水量及癌灶变化。结果该方法可明显控制腹水、改善患者一般情况,并缩减癌灶,为患者提供了手术机会,增加了手术成功率。结论腹腔静脉联合化疗对卵巢上皮癌伴大量腹水患者治疗是有效安全的。Objective Discusses the abdominal cavity, the vein union chemotherapy to the ovary epithelioma partner massive ascites patient treatment result; Methods The review analysis form 2007 to 2010in my courtyard in hospital ovary epithelioma partner massive aseites patient 13 examples, the good abdominal cavity, the vein union chemotherapy, observes the patient symptom alleviation situation, the aseites quantity and the cancer stove change; Results This method may control the ascites obviously, improve the patient ordinary circumstances, and reduces the cancer stove, has provided the surgery opportunity for the patient, increased the surgery success ratio; Conclusion The abdominal cavity vein union chemotherapy to the ovary epithelioma partner massive ascites patient treatment is safe effective.
