摘 要:目的探讨管理模式的改革,培养ICU护士的核心能力,提高ICU整体护理质量。方法实施分层管理,建立护士长-组长-责任护士管理模式。分层管理前后分别对60例患者进行满意度调查,对36名ICU护士进行知识技能考核并随机抽取70份护理病例检查,对实施分层管理后的ICU护士作问卷调查,比较分析分层管理后的效果。结果实施分层管理后,充分调动了护士的积极性,提高了团队协作效率、护士的管理能力、个人的素质,患者满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论分层管理模式极大培养了ICU护士的核心能力。Objective To culture the nurses core competencies, improve the quality of holistic nursing through management reformation. Methods The nurses of ICU wards were classified into three grades, all of nurses under this management mode were investigated with patient's satisfaction, knowledge and skills assessment, checking nursing records and questionnaire. Results The enthusiasm of nurses was mobilized, the efficiency of teamwork, Management capacity of nurses and personal qualities were all improved, patient satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion Nurses core competencies were fostered greatly under grading management.
