摘 要:将壳聚糖与L-乳酸(LA-CS)在不加引发剂的条件下通过真空反应及真空冷冻干燥工艺制备一种组织再生修复材料。以期这种组织再生修复材料具有良好的机械性能、亲水性和细胞亲和性,同时具有利于组织再生的理想结构。以改进壳聚糖高结晶性导致的脆碎性,有效缓解聚乳酸引起的酸致自催化反应,增强其亲水性及与细胞之间的结合,应用于生物医学材料。并对再生材料体外降解特性进行了初步研究。The present work shows that using CS and L-lactic acid(LA-CS) in the condition without initiator reaction through the vacuum and vacuum freeze-drying process to make tissue regeneration and repair materials.This tissue regeneration and repair material is expected that it has good mechanical properties,hydrophilicity and cell affinity,but also has the ideal structure conducive to tissue regeneration.To improve the high friability due to the crystallinity of chitosan,to alleviate acid induced autocatalytic reaction caused by PLA effectively,to enhance its hydrophilicity and the binding between cells.It also studied the vitro degradation characteristics of recycled materials.
