摘 要:选择中国医科大学93期临床医学七年制2班学生为对象,开展PBL教学法实验,1班为对照班,采用传统授课方法。期末考试成绩,两班客观题(选择题)得分和及格率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),主观题(简答题和综合分析题)得分和及格率明显优于对照班(P<0.05)。PBL教学法在提高学生分析和解决问题的能力上优于传统教学法。Subjects were 2 classes of students in a 7-year program in Clinical Medicine at China Medical University(Class no.93).Students in one class(experimental group) were taught by problem-based learning(PBL) while students in the other class(control group) were taught using traditional teaching methods.The final examination was for used for evaluation.There were no significant differences between the 2 classes in terms of their scores on objective questions(multiple-choice) but the experimental class had better scores on subjective questions(short-answer and analysis) than did the control class.PBL is a better method of teaching in terms of improving students' ability to analyze and solve problems.
