长春瑞滨软胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察长春瑞滨软胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及毒副反应。方法 30例晚期NSCLC均接受化疗:长春瑞滨软胶囊50 mg/m2,口服,d1,8;顺铂30 mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1,2,8,9,21 d为1个周期,治疗至少2个周期后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果全组30例晚期NSCLC中,CR 0例,PR 11例,NC 9例,PD 10例,总有效率为36.7%,疾病控制率为66.7%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和脱发。结论长春瑞滨软胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC是有效的。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of oral vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods Thirty patients with advanced NSCLC underwent chemotherapy： oral vinorelbine 50 mg/m2,oral,d1,8;cisplatin 30 mg/m2,intravenous infusion,d1,2,8,9;21 days were 1 cycle.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results Of all the 30 cases of advanced NSCLC,CR was observed in 0 case,PR in 11 cases,NC in 9 cases,PD in 10 cases,the total effective rate was 36.7%,the disease control rate was 66.7%.The main toxicities were marrow depression,gastrointestinal reaction and alopecia.Conclusion Oral vinorelbine combined with cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
