三维适形放疗联合射频热疗治疗42例中晚期肝癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价三维适形放疗(3DCRT)联合射频热疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法 42例中晚期原发性肝癌均给予3DCRT联合射频热疗,治疗结束后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果治疗后3个月、1年的肿瘤局部有效率分别为61.9%和40.5%;1、2、3年生存率分别为54.8%、28.6%、7.1%,中位生存期为13.6个月;71.4%的患者治疗后AFP水平下降。主要毒副反应为上腹部饱胀、纳差、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、骨髓抑制。结论 3DCRT联合射频热疗对中晚期原发性肝癌是安全有效的。Objective To study the efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） and radio frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Forty two patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with 3DCRT combined with radio frequency hyperthermia.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after treatment.Results The effective rates of three months and one year were 61.9% and 40.5%.The 1-,2-and 3-year survival rates were 54.8%,28.6% and 7.1%,with a median survival time of 13.6 months.The values of AFP were reduced in 71.4% of the patients.The main toxicities were upper abdominal fullness,anorexia,nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,marrow suppression.Conclusion 3DCRT combined with radio frequency hyperthermia is a safe and effective method in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
