摘　　要：目的探讨回结肠间置代胃在胃癌全胃切除术后的临床应用。方法 53例胃癌行全胃切除术后接受回结肠间置代胃治疗。结果吻合口瘘发生率7.5%,吻合口狭窄发生率5.7%,经对症治疗20～35 d后痊愈。结论胃癌全胃切除术后行回结肠间置代胃术安全可行。Objective To investigate the clinical application of ileocolon interposition as a substitute stomach after total gastrectomy. Methods Fifty-three patients with gastric cancer underwent the ileocolon interposition as a substitute stomach after total gastreetomy. Results The incidence of anastomotic leakage was 7.5 % , the incidence of anastomotic stricture was 5.7%. All the patients were discharged,20 to 35 days after the symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Ileocolon interposition as a substitute stomach after total gastrectomy is safe and feasible.
