摘　　要：目的了解部分军队医院护理队伍的人员结构、训练背景和参战意识,以期为更好的管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对3所军队医院护理队伍的人员结构、训练背景和参战意识等项目进行调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果 3所军队医院聘用人员约占75%,其中大部分聘用制护理人员不知道战时为部队服务的任务,且大多数聘用制护士不愿意参加战时救护任务。结论目前部分军队医院护理人员的工作模式需要转变。Objective To explore the personnel structure,training background and war awareness of the nursing staff so as to provide evidence for proposing adaptive nursing model in some military hospital.Methods The personnel structure,training background and war awareness of the nursing staff in military hospitals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Then the outcomes were analyzed statistically.Results Contract nurses accounted for 75% of nursing staff in 3 military hospitals.However,most of the contract nurses didn＇t know the military tasks in war time and were not willing to participate the military mission service in wartime.Conclusion The present working model of the nursing staff in some military hospital should be transformed.
