城市化背景下城郊农民教育问题的学理分析

摘  要:当前,在我国城市化进程中,城郊农村经历着社区性质变迁的严峻考验,进而导致城郊农民面临市民化的现实难题,城郊农民教育因此被赋予新的时代价值。无论是对城乡二元结构理论基础的排谬,还是制度刚性壁垒的松动破裂,都明确地佐证了城郊农民教育实现城郊农民市民化的可能性。基于这些认识,我国城郊农民教育的现实政策取向需区别于传统的农民教育模式,而应在改革阻碍城郊农民市民化的制度瓶颈基础上,树立观念教育优先于技能培训的理念。In the urbanization drive in contemporary China,the peri-urban village areas are passing through the test of shifting from rural community to urban community,which results in many challenges to peri-urban farmers in changing to urban residents.In this context,suburban farmer education is therefore endowed with a new historical value.The feasibility of urbanization of suburban farmers resident state is testified not only in the correction of theoretical basis of urban-rural dual structure,but also in the loosening or collapsing of rigid system barriers.On the basis of this cognition,the author believes that in the present policy-making on the suburban farmers education,the conception education should take precedence of the labor skill training when reforming the traditional farmers education and removing the barriers to the suburban farmers urbanization of townsmanship.
