陕北能源开发区农民思想政治教育的对策研究

摘　　要：能源开发以来陕北农民思想政治素质出现下滑趋势。地方政府应重视农民思想政治教育工作,为区域经济社会事业健康发展提供精神动力和思想保证。要与经济建设相结合,激励农民参与社会主义新农村建设的热情;要与政治建设相结合,调动农民参与民主政治建设的积极性;要与教育文化事业相结合,提高农民思想政治教育的接受能力;要与社会建设相结合,激发农民接受思想政治教育的情感;要与农村党建相结合,为农民思想政治教育提供组织保证;要与对外交往相结合,为农民思想政治教育提供示范力量。The development of Northern Shaanxi energy coincided with the degradation of ideological and political awareness of local farmers.The local governments should pay attention to the ideological and political education of farmers to provide the ideological guarantee and the spiritual support for the healthy development of economic and social power for the old underdeveloped area.The education should be combined with economic development,and aimed at motivating farmers to participate enthusiastically into the new socialist countryside construction.It should be combined with political institutional construction to mobilize their initiatives in the participation in democracy-building.It should be combined with educational and cultural undertaking to increase farmers＇ acceptance of ideological and political education.It should be combined with social construction to stimulate the farmers＇ willingness to involve into ideological and political education.It should be combined with the rural Party construction to provide organizational and administrative insurance for farmers＇ ideological and political education.It should be combined with public relations to provide the pilot demonstration of the education for the farmers in other areas.
