摘　　要：学术团队是高校进行学术创新、培养人才的新型组织,学术团队文化是维系团队的黏合剂,是保持团队创新力和活力的基础。高校基层党组织在学术团队文化建设中具有不可替代的领导核心地位,应主动创新工作理念、组织模式、工作方式和工作内容,充分发挥党组织的引领、协调、保障、监督和示范作用,加强和促进优秀学术团队文化建设。The culture of academic team,a kind of new organization for the academic innovation and talent training in colleges and universities,serves as adhesive for maintaining the teamwork and sets up an atmosphere for the growth of creativity and vitality.The grass-root Party organizations plays an indispensable leading role in the academic team cultural construction.To give a full play to its role of guidance,coordination,guarantee,supervision and demonstration in the establishment of excellent academic team culture,we should innovate new working conceptions,organization patterns and working agendas and plans.
