摘　　要：需求进化的趋势是新的潜在需求的开发和现有需求的发展,它遵循着从满足简单需求到满足审美需求的规律。将新需求转换成待开发产品的功能需求并进行设计,功能元、知识和信息都是技术进化的底层因素,这些因素会影响技术绩效。为探索技术进化的底层因素的影响,通过对电子、化工、机械等行业的多家企业进行调研,对底层因素、功能进化和技术绩效之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,知识、信息对功能进化和技术绩效的直接影响显著,功能元在知识、信息与技术绩效之间的关系起到部分中介作用,需求进化对知识与功能进化之间的关系的调节效应显著,而对信息与功能进化之间的关系的调节效应不显著。The tendency of need evolution is to find new potential needs and to develop current needs, which accord with the rules from satisfying simple needs to aesthetic needs. New needs are transformed into function needs of undeveloped products and then to be designed. Function element, knowledge and information are all the underlying factors of technology evolution, which will affect technical performance. In order to research effect of underlying factors of technology evolution, we have surveyed many enterprises related to electronics, chemical, mechanical industry etc. , and carried on an empirical analysis on the relationship between underlying factors, needs evolution and technical performance. The results show that the direct effect of knowledge and information on needs evolution and technical performance is significant, and function unit plays a role of partial mediation on the relationship between knowledge, information and technical performance, and needs evolution has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge and function evolution, but has no insignificant one on the relationship between information and function evolution.
