团队外部社会资本对团队学习能力的影响——以企业研发团队为样本的实证研究

摘　　要：在相关研究文献的基础上,提出了团队外部社会资本和团队学习能力之间关系的理论假设模型,并选取了两个研究变量的测度指标。通过SPSS软件、结构方程模型和AMOS软件对问卷调查所得数据进行统计分析,从而对理论假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:团队外部社会资本的不同维度对某几个特定的团队外部学习子能力产生影响;团队外部学习能力对团队内部学习能力某几个子能力产生影响;团队外部学习能力是团队外部社会资本与团队内部学习能力之间的中介变量。Based on the correlative theoretical research about team external social capital and team learning ability, a model about the variables is proposed, variable measurement method are chosen. The data obtained via questionnaire by SEM and software SPSS, AMOS are analyzed, then the theoretical hypotheses as mentioned above are verified. Results show that ： different dimensions of team external social capital impact on the different abilities of team external learning, team external learning ability influence some abilities of team internal learning, and team external learning ability as an intermediary variable played a brokering role in the relationship between team external social capital and team internal learning ability.
