摘　　要：油料作物是我国最早种植的农作物种类之一,我国人民对油料作物的加工、利用也有着很长的历史,其中很重要的一项就是利用油料作物进行榨油,榨油技术直接影响着人们对油料作物的利用。本文梳理了我国古代文献,分析了中国古代榨油技术的发展。One of the earliest farmed crops in China is oil produce, which has been used and processed for a .long time. The technology of extracting oil from the produce determines how the produce is used. This paper an- alyzes the technology in ancient times, shedding interesting light on the development of such technology.
