中学教师对校长领导行为满意度研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查的研究方法,随机抽取无锡市6所中学的310名教师对校长领导行为的满意度进行调查。采用SAS6.12进行相关分析、因子分析、t检验等。结果表明:校长的领导行为对教师有显著的影响,并针对现实中校长领导行为存在的一些问题提出建议。The study uses questionnaire method,and randomly selects 310 middle school teachers from 6 middle school in WuXi to be surveyed about their satisfaction on school leadership behavior.Based on the data,using correlation analysis factor analysis and t-test,the author analyzes the satisfaction on school leadership behavior.As to the problems of school leadership behavior,the author gives some suggestions.
