摘　　要：德国现代大学制度的建立较早,在18世纪就发展得几近完美。教学、科研与学习相结合是德国现代大学制度发展的主旋律,也是其建设的永久性原则。进入21世纪,德国大学制度进行了一系列改革,改"千面一校"为"特色兴校",但教学科研仍是大学制度建设的核心内容。Germany modem college system has been built in early times and it had developed well in 18th century. The main melody of its development is the combination of teaching and scientific research and learning, which is also the discipline of the system＇s construction. Modern college system has undergo a series reform in 21th century, which changes ＂universal college＂ into ＂characteristic college＂, while scientific research is still the main contents of college system.
