摘 要:光纤液滴指纹图是以利用光学方法检测液体特征参量为目的,并通过计算机分析在液滴下降过程中的光强变化曲线。在实验中利用光纤液滴传感器测试了多种中药制剂的不同体积分数的液体试样,分析光纤液滴指纹图与液体物理、化学特征参量的对应关系,并得到2种样品的线性方程,为中药制剂的在线监测与鉴别提供了一种新方法。The purpose of fiber drop analysis technique is to measure the characteristic parameters of liquids using optical methods. The optical fiber fingerprint drop trace(FFDT) is the curve of light intensity change with time. The fiber micro-drop sensor is used to monitor the intensity in the process of the liquids by a pair of fibers. Different liquid samples of many kinds of preparation of Chinese traditional medicines are tested by using fiber micro-drop sensor in the experiments. The FFDT of preparation of Chinese traditional medicines with different volume fraction are analyzed in different ways. The linear equation of two examples are obtained. A new method is provided for online monitoring of Chinese traditional medicines and identification.
