摘  要:在企业战略实践中,建立员工战略共识是填补战略执行鸿沟、提升企业战略执行力的有效手段。本文在文献回顾和质化研究基础上,利用样本数据对企业员工战略共识的维度结构及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:(1)员工战略共识由战略理解、战略认同和战略承诺三个维度构成,并且三个维度显著相关;(2)员工战略共识因职位类型不同而存在显著差异,但这种影响主要体现在战略理解维度。(3)员工战略共识在不同所有制企业之间存在显著差异。另外,本文还对所得的发现及其启示进行了讨论,并提出了针对管理实践和进一步研究的建议。Prior studies of strategic consensus have mainly focused on the degree of agreement among managers in firm's strategic priorities,and bottom-line employees have only been treated as passive implementers of firm strategy.It has been underemphasized to date regarding the impact of strategic consensus among bottom-line employees on the quality of firm strategy implementation.In fact,the successful execution of an intended strategy largely depends on the degree of clear understanding and general agreement among ordinary employees in firm strategy,as well as their active involvement in firm strategy implementation.Thus,there is an urgent need to foster employees' strategy consensus for filling up the strategy implementa-tion gap and improving the strategic execution capability.In China,employees' strategy consensus has played more and more important role in firm's strategy management practices because of the increasing intensity of market competition and the sophistication of strategy management.This research has two purposes.First,based on extant studies,we explore the conceptualization and operationalization of employees' strategy consensus in the Chinese context.Second,we empirically analyze the influencing factors of employees' strategy consensus.Based on the literature review,interview and pilot test,items for employee's strategy consensus is developed.Then,by using the exploratory analysis based on a sample of 198 employees in the pilot survey,the scale of employee's strategy consensus is refined.After this,a sample of 298 employees in the formal survey is collected for confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.The main findings are as follows:(1) Employees' strategy consensus is composed of employees' strategy understanding,employees' strategy identification and employees' strategy commitment.Moreover,the three dimensions are closely correlated and depend on each other.(2) Employees' strategy consensus appears differently in degree between managers(m
