摘　　要：提出了一种基于微控制器实现专用芯片的功能仿真设计方法,既能够用于专用芯片的替换和检测之用,也可以作为专用芯片流片之前的仿真测试。阐述了芯片仿真设计整体方案,给出了专用芯片仿真中的读、写两个主要功能的仿真程序,最后对专用芯片仿真过程中的关键问题进行了研究。The ASIC chip function is nimble and tightly to user demand,which obtains the good application in many special-purpose situations.But to replace and simulation before designed this kind of chip is a realistic problem.This paper proposed one kind of chip function simulation methods based on the microcontroller,which can use in the ASIC chip replacement and examination before tapeout.In the paper elaborated in detail the chip simulation design overall plan,has given the read and write function for ASIC chip simulation.Finally,has researched the critical problems in ASIC chip simulation process.
