摘　　要：通过对沈阳地区高校体育竞赛工作现状的调查分析,探讨了高校体育竞赛制度的构建与创新,在理论与实践的基础上提出了新的构想,并使其成为高校体育竞赛发展的动力。新的校园竞赛制度要将竞赛组织、管理、创新等内容有机地整合在一起,通过各方面的相互促进和影响,实现其功能的最大化,形成一个切实可行的校园竞赛体系,以适应高校体育竞赛的需要。By investigating and analyzing the situation of physical education competition in institutions of higher education in Shenyang,discusses the construction and innovation of physical education competition system.On the basis of theory and practice puts forward the new idea,and make it become the power to drive physical education competition development in institutions of higher education.New campus competition system integrates the organization,management and innovation,by the mutual promotion and influence of every aspect realizes the maximization of its function,and form a feasible campus competition system so as to adapt the requirements of physical education competition in institutions of higher education.
