摘　　要：任何一门学科的成熟发展,都离不开对方法论的研究和探讨。立足于人才学研究不断深入的发展需要,从方法和方法论理论探讨的角度,就人才学研究方法面临的理论困境和"突破"问题展开讨论,在反省认识的基础上,论述了生态学方法所具有的普适意义,并指出生态学应是人才学研究的一种质性新视角。Methodology is an indispensable part in the development of any branch of study. With the development of talent studies, it is necessary to clarify its methods and methodology. We made a thorough discussion on the theoretical dilemma and breakthroughs in the research methods of talent studies. Based on our discussion, we held that the ecological approach, since it is of universal significance, can be applied to talent studies as a new perspective.
