摘　　要：针对目前实验教学中存在的一些不足,以培养学生的实验能力为目的。以正交实验提取咖啡因为例,从教师的定位,实验的设计,实验数据的处理等几个方面谈一下有关大学生实验能力培养的一些思路。Some shortcomings exist in present teaching;aim to develop the experiment ability of students.Taking the Orthogonal experiment for extraction of caffeine as example,talking about some thoughts for developing the ability of undergraduate in locating teachers,designing experiment,processing experimental data and so on.
