疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合弹力套治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合弹力套治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法将210例烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者随机分为3组,对照1组40例予疤痕止痒软化乳膏外涂治疗,对照2组40例予弹力套加压治疗,治疗组130例予疤痕止痒软化乳膏外涂联合弹力套加压治疗。3组均6个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察3组瘢痕增生情况。结果治疗组治疗后瘢痕增生评分明显低于对照1组和对照2组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照1组和对照2组。结论疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合弹力套治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Bahengzhiyang Ruanhua cream in association with compressed elastic cover on hyperplastic scar post burn.Methods 210 patients with hyperplastic scar post burn were randomly divided into three groups.40 cases in control group 1 were treated by Bahengzhiyang Ruanhua cream.40 cases in control group 2 were treated by compressed elastic cover.130 cases in treatment group were treated by Bahengzhiyang Ruanhua cream in association with compressed elastic cover.The course was six months in three groups.The status of scar hyperplasia in three groups was observed after a course.Results The score of scar hyperplasia in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group 1and 2（P0.05）.The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group 1 and 2.Conclusion Bahengzhiyang Ruanhua cream in association with compressed elastic cover has better therapeutic effect on hyperplastic scar post burn.
