标准化壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的观察标准化壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效及安全性。方法将60例PHN患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予标准化壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组30例予常规药物治疗。2组均治疗4周后进行疼痛评分、药物评分和疗效比较,并观察2组安全性。结果 2组60例,脱落4例,其中治疗组1例,对照组3例。2组治疗后疼痛评分均较本组治疗前减少(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后药物评分均较本组治疗前减少(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后药物评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率96.55%,对照组有效率70.37%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组安全性评价有2例出现2级反应。结论标准化壮医药线点灸治疗PHN安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of standardized Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 60 cases of postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.30 cases in each group,the treatment group received standardized Zhuang medicated thread;control group received western medicine.The pain score,medication score and comparison of efficacy were carried on after four weeks of treatment,and safety was observed.Results After 4 weeks treatment the pain score and medication score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups（P0.01）.And the pain score and medication score in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P0.01）.The total effective rate in treatment group（96.55%） was higher than that in control group（70.37%,P0.05）.Conclusion Standardized Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion is safe and effective on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
