摘　　要：目的:分析湖北省医务人员职业伦理现状和存在的问题,提出提升医务人员职业伦理的政策建议。方法:采用自制的调查工具对患者和医务人员进行现场问卷调查和知情人深度访谈,对问卷调查的数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:医务人员职业伦理总体情况较好,但存在医务人员职业责任感缺失、职业定位偏差和人文关怀缺乏等问题。结论:应加强医务人员职业伦理培训,健全职业伦理相关制度规范,完善绩效考核体系,开展职业伦理提升活动。Objective： The current status and problems of medical professional ethics were analyzed to provide suggestions tor the improvement of medical professional ethics. Methods： Questionnaire survey and key informant interview were conducted among patients and medical staff. Descriptive analysis was adopted to analyze the collected data. Results： The general situation of medical professional ethics now is comparatively fine. However, there are still some problems including the lack of professional responsibility and humanistic care, deviated professional location and so on. Conclusions： Medical professional ethics should be improved in an all around way through many ways such as strengthening professional ethics training, perfecting related regulations and performance appraisal system and carrying out various ethicsimproving activities.
