摘　　要：目的：建立紫外可见分光光度法间接测定菲汀中有机磷磷含量。方法：磷在适宜的酸度和还原剂存在的条件下，能与酮酸铵反应生成磷钼酸铵，再被还原成蓝色的铜蓝。其颜色的深浅与含磷量多少成正比，检测波长660nm。Objective： To establish the UV-visible spectrophotometry, in an indirect determination of organic phosphor content of phytin. Method：Phosphorus in suitable acidity and reductant existence condition,it can with ketone acid reacts ammonium to produce phosphoric, ammonium molybdate, again by reductive into blue copper salt. Its color depth and phosphorus content how much direct proportion,detected wavelength 660nm.
