摘　　要：拉丁美洲的政治发展是与时俱进、不断进步的一个历史过程,可以称之为拉美道路,其形成是和拉美独立运动中对民主的追求和为民主而奋斗的目标一脉相承的。拉美道路虽在不同程度上影响了拉美经济的发展,但却是拉美社会发展所必须的,其贯穿于整个拉美独立运动中的民主内涵对拉美社会有着深远影响。The political development of the Latin America is a process keeping pace with the times and advancing continuously,which is also regarded as the Latin American way.Its formation is the same with that of the aim to the democratic pursuit and the struggle for the democracy in the Latin American independent movement.The Latin American way influences its economic development to some degree,but it is essential to the Latin American social development,goes throughout the democratic connotation of the Latin American independent movement and has profound influence on the Latin American society.
