稻草刨花板表面特种涂饰工艺及漆膜性能评价

摘　　要：在相同条件下,对相同规格、砂光处理后的稻草刨花板,分别进行仿贝母、仿大理石饰、闪光、仿木纹、裂纹等特种涂饰工艺试验,测定漆膜的光泽度、硬度、附着力、耐黄变性和手感等性能。结果表明:稻草刨花板表面5种漆膜的性能略有差异,但基本符合国家标准要求;可根据漆膜的特性和装饰效果,进行稻草刨花板家具的涂饰设计。Five special coating patterns,including caladium,parian,flash,wood grain,and imitation cracks,was applied to the sanded surface of rice straw particleboard.The coating film properties,including gloss,hardness,adhesive force,stain resistance and touch smoothness,were evaluated.The results showed that all the special coating films met the performance requirements for the corresponding Chinese national standard for surface coatings.
