摘　　要：本文从企业客户的角度,按照Nash均衡解的要求,建立了企业物流成本与物流服务的博弈模型,寻求均衡条件下选择不同物流服务水平的企业实施竞争策略的最优条件,并据此计算企业选择不同物流服务水平所产生的财务增值,辅助企业制定最优的物流成本与物流服务决策。This paper set up the game model between logistic cost and logistic service from the angle view of market utility and based on the requirements of Nash equilibrium solution.Seeking explore the optimal condition of competitive strategies while the enterprise in different level of logistics service and under the equilibrium condition.Calculating the generated critical functional values while enterprises choose different logistics service level.It assists in making the optimal decision of logistics cost and logistics service.
