摘 要:对于机床制造企业来说,其生产调度问题属于离散变量的组合优化问题.该类型企业生产过程复杂多变,加工任务类型多样,具有作业车间调度的特点.作者从项目实践出发,对某机床制造企业的生产状况进行了深入调研和分析,重点对总装厂生产线进行了分析和研究,运用Flexsim软件建立了该厂的相应仿真模型并进行了模拟运行,通过分析系统各环节的运行结果情况,查找到了系统的瓶颈环节,最后采取了相应措施优化模型,将优化后的模型运行结果与原模型进行对比发现系统各方面的效率都得到了明显提高,进而可以为该厂的实际优化改善工作提供数据参考和方案建议.For the machine tools manufacturing enterprises,the production scheduling problem belongs to the combination of discrete variable optimization which is the typical job shop scheduling problem.This kind of enterprises,having the characteristics of a job shop scheduling,contain the features of complex production process,various types of processing tasks.Based on project practice,this thesis thoroughly surveyed and analyzed the production status of a machine tools manufacturing enterprises,especially analyzed and researched the production line of general assemble plant,with the application of Flexsim,built the related simulation model and made the simulation run,checked and analyzed the result of actual run in different system chain,track down the bottleneck chain in system.Finally this thesis took effective measure to optimize established model,and the comparison between optimized model and origin model shows the efficiency in every single aspect of the system has risen greatly,therefore this could provide data reference and concrete proposal for the practical and optimized improving work of the factory.
