摘　　要：目的:探讨磨牙半切术后固定修复的临床疗效。方法:对于应用牙齿半切术后保留磨牙做固定修复的31例患者32颗牙齿进行病例回顾总结。结果:经过1～2年的回访观察,保存成功率为90.3%(28/31)。结论:该技术操作简单,但是要求适应证严格选择,修复时充分考虑患牙受力情况。Objective：To study the effect of hemisection in the treatment of the molars.Methods：32 molars were selected and hemisection technique were used.Results：These were followed up and evaluated in two years,90.3% of all molars were treated satisfactory.Conclusion：The hemisection technique operation is simple,but the indications are extensive,and its effect in the treatment of the molars is regarded as a positive method.
